Mariette L. Arcand, 87, of Plattsburgh, passed away Tuesday, February 19, 2019 at the Plattsburgh Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. She was born in Montreal, on May 20, 1931, the daughter of Father and Dea (Cote) Charette. She is survived by her brother Michael Charette. There will be no public calling hours. Services will be private for her family. Arrangements are entrusted to Brown Funeral Home, 29 Broad St., Plattsburgh, NY(518)561-3980.
