Marilyn J. Hoy, 86, of Plattsburgh, passed away Wednesday, February 23, 2022 at the UVM Health Network-CVPH with family by her side. She was born in Plattsburgh on July 30, 1935, the daughter of the late Leo and Mildred Sorrell. In accordance with her wishes, there will be no calling hours or services.
