Marilyn K Magee

Marilyn K. Magee, 88, of West Chazy passed away peacefully on December 23, 2022 at the UVM Medical Center in Burlington, Vermont with family by her side.
She was born in Penn Yann, NY on September 20, 1934, the daughter of the late Lester and Mildred Kennedy.
Marilyn was employed as a Registered Nurse for many years for CVPH Medical Center and later for the Northeastern Clinton School District in Champlain and Rouses Point. She was a member and former Secretary/Treasurer of the Clinton County Home Bureau, a member of the Gourmet Club and TOPS. She was an avid knitter and enjoyed sewing and crafts. She also known as a wonderful cook and her food was thought of as "magical".
She was predeceased by her husband of sixty years, Roy B. Magee, her parents and her brother Robert Kennedy.
Marilyn is survived by her children; Michael (Robin) Magee, Diana (Alan) Aguglia, Gary (Gwen) Magee, Daniel Magee, Matt Magee, her brothers; William Kennedy and Jack Kennedy, ten grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews .
Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, December 28, 2022 from 5:00 to 6:00pm. at the Brown Funeral Home, 29 Broad St. in Plattsburgh. Funeral services will follow at 6:00 pm in the Brown Funeral Home Chapel.
In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the Fitzpatrick Cancer Center.
