Marlene T. "Barcomb" McCormick

Marlene T. McCormick, 87, of Plattsburgh, passed away on Friday, October 31, 2025 at the UVHN:CVPH Medical Center. She was born on April 25th, 1938, the daughter of Alexander Barcomb and Ione Brown.

Marlene will be remembered for her faith, kindness and for having a heart of gold.

She is survived by her husband, Howard McCormick; siblings, Gary Barcomb and his wife, Giesla, Armond Barcomb and his wife Kathryn, Jeff Barcomb and his wife, Cassandra; special family member Albert Barcomb and his wife Deanie; several nieces, nephews and friends.

She is predeceased by his parents, brothers, Jerry Barcomb and Steven Barcomb, sisters, Janice Reyell and Caroline Cordero.

Visitation will take place at Brown Funeral Home, Friday, November 7, 2025 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. A prayer service will follow with Father William Reamer officiating.

A reception will be held following at St. Joseph's Parish Hall.
