Mary L. Beauharnois

December 24, 1947 — January 1, 2026

It is with great sadness that we mourn the passing of a very special lady Mary Lou Beauharnois age 78 as a result of peripheral artery disease. She is survived by her husband Phil. Her daughter and son-in-law Robin and Bob Garrow, son Bruce Beauharnois, grandchildren Remi and Elise Beauharnois and their mother Kelley Beauharnois. Her brother Carl Tyndall and his wife Ann (Phil’s sister). Phil’s brother’s David and his wife Frances and their children Danielle and Andrea and Phil’s brother Mark and his life partner Cindy Williams and his children Nadine and Nickolas. Mary Lou’s niece Tina Tyndall Wilson (Zebedee) and their son Cormac. Her nephew Timothy Tyndall and his partner Marissa.

Also, her dinner ‘party sister’s’ Patty Wing, Diane Petrashune, Kathleen Hazel Wood and Colleen Gilligan. A special thanks and gratitude to David and Fran for all their help in caring for Mary Lou during her last weeks of life.

Mary Lou truly enjoyed working in SUNY Plattsburgh’s Art Department as a graphic designer. She retired from there as a Principal Clerk with 30 years of service. She was a quilter and had many friends. She loved to travel and enjoyed her time in North Fort Myers, FL. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her kindness. She always said her love for her granddaughter’s Remi and Elise was to the moon and back.

Per her request there will be no calling hours. A mass of Christian burial will be held for her at St. Alexander’s church in Morrisonville, New York on January 6. 2026 at 11 AM. Burial will be in May 2026. Brown Funeral Home is handling arrangements. In lieu of flowers please consider donations to Hospice of the North Country.
