Plattsburgh Mr. Mitchell A. Bouyea, 81, of South Catherine St., Plattsburgh, NY passed away Friday December 30, 2016 at the UVMHN/CVPH Medical Center. He was born in Dannemora, NY on January 19, 1935 the son of Frederick and Rollia (Mitchell) Bouyea. Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
