Nancy L Bates

Nancy L. Bates, 73 of Plattsburgh, NY, passed away on Saturday, February 26, 2022 at her home surrounded by her family. She was born June 15, 1948 to Maynard and Eva Daniels and raised by her grandparents, Grace and Adolph Liberty.
Nancy is survived by her husband of 54 years, Thomas Bates; her son, Scott (Renay) Bates; her daughters, Terri Bates and Tina (Jeff) Tyrell; grandchildren, April, Cody, Brandon and Andrew; great grandchildren, Nolan, Mason, Vaeda, Maevery; a sister, Diane (Archie) Tabor; close friend, Marilyn Rabideau and many nieces and nephews.
She is preceded by her parents; sisters, Katherine Bushey, Doris Guiliana, Arlene Metzler and Margaret Daniels; and her brothers, Leon Edward Daniels, Floyd Daniels and Donald Daniels.
There will be no calling hours.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Nancy L. Bates may be made to her husband, or Hospice of the North Country.
