Phillip D Annis

Plattsburgh Mr. Phillip D. Annis, 38, of Imperial Avenue in Plattsburgh, passed away Thursday, July 28, 2011 at his home. He was born in Plattsburgh, NY on October 12, 1972 the sons of Theodore and Linda (Blanchard) Annis. Phillip enjoyed hunting, camping, going to the fair, visiting friends and loved going to the music fest in Vermont. His greatest joy was taking care of his eight Chihuahua Dogs. He was predeceased by his parents. Phillip is survived by his fiancée Nicole Burgess of Plattsburgh and a sister, Heather Annis of Plattsburgh. At Phillips request their will be no public calling hours, services will be private and at the convenience of the family. In Lieu of flowers donations in his memory maybe made to Nicole Burgess.
