Plattsburgh Mr. Richard Caska, 65, of Gregware Road, in Plattsburgh, passed away Thursday, October 9, 2014 at his home. He was born in Plattsburgh, NY on January 19, 1949, the son of the Joseph and Rosamond (Pulcipher) Caska. In accordance with Richard's wishes, there will be no public calling hours or services.
