Richard B. “Dick” Frotton, 83, of West Chazy, passed away Saturday, September 14, 2019 at his home. He was born in Kearney, New Jersey on January 18, 1936, the son of the late Benjamin and Emma (Kane) Frotton. Calling hours will be held on Thursday, September 19, 2019 from 4:00 to 6:00pm at the Brown Funeral Home, 29 Broad St. in Plattsburgh.
