Richard Lapham, 57, Wallace Hill Road in Plattsburgh, died Saturday, August 11, 2018 at CVPH Medical Center. Born in Plattsburgh on December 19, 1960, son of Lloyd and Bernice (Reid) Lapham. Services will be private. Interment St. Alexander's Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to Brown Funeral Home.
