Robert L. Shappy, 80, of Apricot Way, Plattsburgh, New York, passed away on Sunday September 20, 2020 at UVHN:CVPH Medical Center in Plattsburgh. He was born in Waterbury, CT on November 14, 1939 the son of Leonard and Mary Shappy.
At Robert’s request there with be no services.
