The son of Richard and Betty (Latour) Devins, Roland is survived by sisters Brenda (Ricky) Newell, Michele Therrian, brothers Richard and Randy, his son Kolby, grandson Wylder - who was born May 20, 2026.
Roland is predeceased by his parents.
At his request, there will be no calling hours or funeral service.
