Ronald L. Peltier, 73, of Plattsburgh, passed away on February 20, 2018 in Hudson, Florida. At his request a graveside service will be held later in the year at Riverview Cemetery in Chazy. Arrangements are with Brown Funeral Home, Plattsburgh.
