Mooers Mr. Ronald E. Rylski, 71 of Country Lane, Mooers, N.Y. passed on Friday November 28, 2008 at CVPH Medical Center in Plattsburgh. He was born in Chicago, Illinois on June 11, 1937 the son of Edward and Anela (Baron) Rylski. At Ron's request their will be no public calling hours, a grave side service will be held in the spring at St. Joseph's Cemetery in Mooers and will be announced. Arrangements are entrusted to Brown Funeral Home, 29 Broad St. in Plattsburgh Online Condolences and Memorials Candles may be offered at www.brownfuneralhomeinc.com
