Plattsburgh Mrs. Ruby Lee Jabaut, 85, of Rugar Street in Plattsburgh, passed away Wednesday, October 1, 2014 at her home with family by her side and under the care of Hospice of the North Country. She was born in Broken Bow, Oklahoma on December 28, 1928, the daughter of the late Dubs and Gerdie (Blake) Birdsong. In accordance with Ruby's wishes, there will be no calling hours. Services will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are entrusted to the Brown Funeral Home, 29 Broad St, Plattsburgh, NY 12901 (518)-561-3980.
