Sheila A. (Latour) Schongar, 64, of Hamilton Terrace, Keeseville, passed away Thursday, July 18, 2024 at the UVM Health Network-CVPH. She was born on September 27, 1959 , the daughter of Napoleon and Alice Latour Calling hours will be held on Wednesday July 24, 2024 from 10:00am to 11:00 am at the Brown Funeral Home in Plattsburgh. A funeral service will follow at 11:00 am in the Brown Funeral Home Chapel Arrangements are entrusted to Brown Funeral Home.
