Suddenly, on Wednesday afternoon, Tehorahkwané:ken “Bison” began his journey home. Tehorahkwané:ken, had a unique sense of humor, enjoyed being with his daughters and being silly. He enjoyed fishing, collecting old coins, sifting for gold, watching sci-fi movies, playing video games, drawing, writing and many other hobbies. Predeceased by his father Jan Herne, and grandmother Laureen Delaronde. Survived by his children, Iakotera’shwí:io, Teya:ohnislastaláte’, and their mother Elise Albert. Also, his mother Dawn Delaronde (Barry). His siblings, Raiè:wate (Jody), Teiokahráthe (Kaientanó:ron), Takaiénhne (Andrew) and Ken’nikanorà:’a. He also leaves behind many nieces and nephews, Iakoterennotenhní:hen, Kahnehtawenserá:te, Roskarawén:te, Shakokahrhen’taónhnhets, Awí:io, Ra’kenhráia’ks, Shakoianahnótha, Ietonhnhaná:wen and Ratetshen’tóhskon. He also leaves behind his grandfather Thomas Delaronde, his aunt Joy, and many cousins, aunts, uncles and friends. Calling hours will be on Monday November 24, 2025 from 10:00 A.M. until his burial at 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, November 25, 2025 in Ganienkeh Territory.
