Plattsburgh Theresa E. Vaughn, 80, of Plattsburgh, NY, passed away on Friday January 31, 2014 at CVPH Medical Center. She was born in Plattsburgh on August 24, 1933, the daughter of Edward and Florence (Bechard) Longtin. There will be no public calling hours. Interment will be at a later date in the spring.
