Thomas B. McCaw, 69, of Willsboro, NY, passed away on Thursday March 9, 2017 at UVHN:CVPH Medical Center in Plattsburgh. He was born in New Haven, CT on December 18, 1947 the son of William George and Mary Elizabeth (Hall) McCaw. At Thomas's request there will be no calling hours or services.
