Vergilus R. LaPier

Vergilus R. LaPier, 93, of Altona , died Sunday, July 5, 2026 at the Meadowbrook Healthcare. She was born on August 29th, 1932 , the daughter of Lyman Rabideau and Edna (Bulriss) Rabideau.

She is survived by her children, Christine Markmiller and her husband Carl, Diane Deso, Susan Todd and her husband Harry, Bruce LaPier, Cheryl Turner, Penny Heimann and her husband Stephen, Mark LaPier and his wife Jeanie; several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.

She is predeceased by her parents, her husband Newall LaPier son-in-law, Dale Deso, two brothers, Loyal and Wayne Rabideau

Services will be private.
