Veronica L Allen

Veronica L. Allen, 78, of Dusty Road, Keeseville, NY passed away on Thursday, February 28, 2013 at CVPH Medical Center. She was born in Plattsburgh, NY on October 28, 1934 the daughter of Walter and Florence (Champagne) Burdo. She married the love of her life Raymond Allen in 1953. She predeceased by her parents, her husband, her siblings; Monica Bouyea and Donald Burdo. Veronica is survived by two daughters; Esther Baker and her husband Glenn of Plattsburgh and Mildred Allen Taylor and her husband Rickey Lee of Plattsburgh, four grandchildren; Rachael Allen and her fiancé, Peter Culkin, Emillie LaMay, Glenna Barcomb and her husband James and Christopher Baker and his wife Lori, three great grandchildren, a sister Donna Perry of Peru, a sister-in-law Joan Burdo of Plattsburgh, several nieces, nephews and cousins also survive her. Calling hours will be on Monday March 4, 2013 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the Brown Funeral Home in Plattsburgh. A funeral service will follow at 7:00 p.m. at the Brown Funeral Home Chapel, burial will be later in the year in Schuyler Falls Cemetery in Schuyler Falls.
