Victor A Bell Jr

Victor A. Bell Jr., 82, of Plattsburgh, passed away, Tuesday, February 17, 2015 at the UVM Health Network CVPH Medical Center. He was born in Redford, NY on June 15, 1932, the son of the late Victor and Cora (Pellerin) Bell. At Victor's request, there will be no public calling hours.
