of Plattsburgh, passed away on November 26, 2018 in Plattsburgh. She was born in Plattsburgh on August 25, 1946 the daughter of Charles and Viola (Coon) Blake. Virginia graduated from Peru Central School in 1964. Soon after she enlisted in the United States Navy. After being honorably discharged she returned to Plattsburgh. Virginia enjoyed crafts, gardening and taking care of her cats. At Virginia's request there will be no public services.
