Virginia began her career as a pharmacist at St. Peter's Hospital in Albany. In 1970, she and Bill moved their young family to Plattsburgh, where Ginny was an active volunteer in the community. She resumed working as a pharmacist at CVPH Medical Center, was a member of St. Peter's Church, and enjoyed serving on the Plattsburgh Air Force Base Women's Liaison Committee for many years. Ginny was a sweet soul who went out of her way to check on and care for friends and neighbors who needed help. She was a beloved member of the Plattsburgh community who enjoyed traveling with her husband, and spending time with family and friends, especially her cherished grandchildren. Virginia is survived by a daughter Maureen Enos and her husband Ed of Clifton Park, NY, a son Brian McBride of Plattsburgh, five grandchildren: Dr. Katherine Enos of Greenville, SC, Carolyn Enos, Pharm.D and Joey Enos of Clifton Park, Madison McBride and Bradford McBride of Peru, NY, daughter-in-law Scarlett McBride of Peru, as well as several nieces and nephews.
