Wendy Anne Pottichen was born on November 10, 1941, in Madras, India due to her fathers military service, then they moved back to Chelmsford England where she lived much of her life.

Wendy lived a life filled with love and cherished connections. She was deeply devoted to her family and is remembered fondly by those who knew her as a great wife, mother and friend. Her warmth and kindness left an indelible mark on everyone she encountered.

Wendy worked for many years at Burger King and then at CVPH in Nutritional Services. She found joy in collecting antiques and traveling the flea markets pursuits that reflected her appreciation for history and unique treasures. These hobbies brought her happiness and allowed her to connect with others who shared her passions.

She is survived by her husband David, her sons Barry and Lee (Karen ) and daughter Lorraine (Donald) Foley as well her grandchildren Sierra (Justin) Nelson, Matthew Nelson, Josh and Daniel Pottichen and great-grandchildren Layla and Vera Nelson also her brothers Ashley and Derek Mathews. Wendy's legacy lives on through the love she shared with her family and the memories they will forever hold dear.
