William R. Miller Sr., 81, formally of Willsboro, NY passed away onThursday, April 3, 2025 at the Plattsburgh Rehabilitation & Nursing Center. He was born on April 2nd, 1944 , the son of Raymond R. Miller and Ruth (Norman) Miller.
Bill had a love for Boat Building, which he was very good at. He had a love for his family and would take his family on Sunday boat rides.
He is survived by his son, Skip Miller and his partner Jackie Prairie; one grandson, Tyler.
He is predeceased by his parents, his former wife, Suzanne Miller and his daughter, Carrie Miller.
He will be missed by many.
